My devotees! no fear shall be on you that Day, nor shall ye grieve,- 68 Those who believed in Our signs, and were Muslims. 69 Enter the garden, you and your wives; you shall be made happy. 70 Golden platters and goblets will be passed around, and everything the heart desires and pleases the eye will be there, where you will abide for ever. 71 this is the Garden which you will inherit by virtue of your past deeds, 72 Therein for you will be fruits in plenty, of which you will eat (as you desire). 73 The sinners will certainly dwell for ever in the torment of Hell. 74 It shall not be abated from off them, and they will be therein despondent. 75 And We did not wrong them, but it was they who were the wrongdoers. 76 They will call (to the keeper of Hell-gate): "O Malik, let your Lord decide our fate." He will answer: "You are to stay." 77 Certainly We have brought you the truth, but most of you are averse to the truth. 78 Do they assume that they have made their work thorough? So We shall make Our work thorough. 79 Or do they think We do not hear their secrecies and stealthy consultations? In fact, Our messengers who attend them record everything. 80 Say: If the Beneficent Allah has a son, I am the foremost of those who serve. 81 All too glorious is He, Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of all power, for what they ascribe to Him 82 Let them alone to plunge and play, until they encounter that Day of theirs which they are promised. 83 It is He who is God in heaven, and God on earth: He is the Wise One, the All Knowing; 84 Exaltations to Him to whom belong the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them! With Him is the knowledge of the Hour and to Him you shall be returned. 85 Those whom they call upon, other than Him, have no power to intercede (for them), except those that have knowingly borne witness to the truth. 86 And if you should ask them who created them, they would certainly say: Allah. Whence are they then turned back? 87 We call to witness the cry of the Messenger: “O Lord, these are a people not wont to believe!” 88 Yet bear thou with them, and say: "Peace [be upon you]!" - for in time they will come to know [the truth]. 89
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: Vanity (Al-Zukhruf). Sent down in Mecca after Consultation (Al-Shooraa) before Smoke (Al-Dukhaan)
