With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 We created two kinds of all things, so that you will remember. 49 So flee to Allah (from His Torment to His Mercy Islamic Monotheism), verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 And make not another an object of worship with Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 So turn away from them, you shall not be blamed, 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 I have not created mankind and jinn except to worship Me. 56 I desire of them no provision, neither do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
