The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful 1

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. 2 the Beneficent, the Merciful; 3 Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. 4 Thee only we serve; to Thee alone we pray for succour. 5 Keep us on the right path. 6 The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
