The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the sun is folded up, 1 And when the stars fall down. 2 and when the mountains are made to vanish, 3 And when milch camels roam abandoned. 4 and when all beasts are gathered together, 5 when the seas are set boiling, 6 when the souls shall be rejoined (with their bodies), 7 And when the girl-child that was buried alive is asked 8 For what sin she was killed, 9 And when the books are spread, 10 the heavens are unveiled, 11 And when Hell-fire shall be kindled to fierce ablaze. 12 And when Paradise is brought near, 13 (Then) shall each soul know what it has put forward. 14 I swear by the receding stars. 15 the planets that run their course and set, 16 The closing night, 17 And by the dawn as it brightens; 18 This is indeed the recitation of an honoured Noble Messenger. (Angel Jibreel peace and blessings be upon him.) 19 Owner of strength, of established dignity with the Lord of the Throne. 20 who is obeyed there and is worthy of trust. 21 For, this fellow-man of yours is not a madman: 22 He had surely seen Him on the clear horizon. 23 nor does he grudge (conveying this knowledge about) the Unseen; 24 And the Qur'an is not the word of a devil, expelled [from the heavens]. 25 So whither do you stray? 26 This is merely a reminder to all mankind; 27 to every one of you who wishes to tread the straight path. 28 And what will you wish, except if Allah wills the Lord of the Creation. 29
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
