Jinns (Al-Jinn)
28 verses, revealed in Mecca after A 'araaf (Al-A 'araaf) before Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ SAY: "It has been revealed to me that some of the unseen beings gave ear [to this divine writ,] and thereupon said [unto their fellow-beings]: "'Verily, we have heard a wondrous discourse, 1 guiding towards consciousness of what is right; and so we have come to believe in it. And we shall never ascribe divinity to anyone beside our Sustainer, 2 'And exalted be the Majesty of our Lord, He has taken neither a wife, nor a son (or offspring or children). 3 and that “the foolish among us have been wont to say outrageous things about Allah”; 4 And verily we! we had imagined that humankind and jinn would never forge against Allah a lie. 5 'True, there were persons among mankind who took shelter with persons among the Jinns, but they increased them in folly. 6 and they thought, even as you also thought, that God would never raise up anyone. 7 And we have sought [to reach] the heaven but found it filled with powerful guards and burning flames. 8 We sat in observatories to listen; but any one who listened found a shooting star in wait for him. 9 And we do not know [therefore] whether evil is intended for those on earth or whether their Lord intends for them a right course. 10 Just as [we do not know how it happens] that some from among us are righteous, while some of us are [far] below that: we have always followed widely divergent paths. 11 'But we think that we can by no means frustrate Allah throughout the earth, nor can we frustrate Him by flight. 12 'And indeed when we heard the Guidance (this Quran), we believed therein (Islamic Monotheism), and whosoever believes in his Lord shall have no fear, either of a decrease in the reward of his good deeds or an increase in punishment for his sins. 13 ‘And that some among us are Muslims and some are the unjust; and whoever has accepted Islam it is they who have thought rightly.’ 14 but as for those who have deviated, they have become firewood for Gehenna!"' 15 If they had followed the Path We would give to them abundant water to drink, 16 That We may test them thereby, and whoso turneth away from the remembrance of his Lord; He will thrust him into ever-growing torment. 17 All the parts of the body to be placed on the ground during prostration belong to God. 18 Yet [thus it is] that whenever a servant of God stands up in prayer to Him, they [who are bent on denying the truth] would gladly overwhelm him with their crowds. 19

Notes and Instructions
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
