[O MEN! Pay heed to God's messages,] for it is He who has endowed you with hearing, and sight, and minds: [yet] how seldom are you grateful! 78 He it is who has multiplied you on the earth and to Him you shall all be gathered: 79 It is He Who gives life and causes death, and He holds mastery over the alternation of night and day. Do you not understand this? 80 No, but they said what the ancients said before them: 81 They say: "What! when we die and become dust and bones, could we really be raised up again? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 83 Say thou: whose is the earth and whosoever is therein, if you know? 84 Thereupon they will say, “To Allah”; proclaim, “Therefore why do you not ponder?” 85 Ask them, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Great Throne?" 86 They will say, 'God's.' Say: 'Will you not then be godfearing?' 87 Say: 'In whose hand is the dominion of everything, protecting and Himself unprotected, if you have knowledge?' 88 They will say, "All this belongs to God." Say to them, "How are you then deluded?" 89 Nay, but We have brought them the Truth, and lo! they are liars. 90 Allah has not chosen any child, nor any other God along with Him – were it so, each God would have taken away its creation, and each one would certainly wish superiority over the other; Purity is to Allah above all the matters they fabricate. 91 (He is) the Knower of the Unseen and the Seen, High Exalted be He above that they associate. 92
