And indeed We created towers in the skies, and beautified it for the beholders. 16 And We have guarded it from every outcast devil, 17 Except for he who steals the listening and is then pursued by a visible flame. 18 And the earth! We have stretched it out and have cast thereon mountains firm, and We have caused to spring up thereon everything weighed. 19 to provide you and those for whose sustenance you are not responsible, with the necessities of life. 20 And there is not of aught but with Us are the treasures thereof, and We send it not down save in a measure known 21 And We send the winds fertilising, and cause water to descend from the sky, and give it you to drink. It is not ye who are the holders of the store thereof. 22 Lo! and it is We, even We, Who quicken and give death, and We are the Inheritor. 23 And indeed, We know the first generations of you who had passed away, and indeed, We know the present generations of you (mankind), and also those who will come afterwards. 24 Your Lord will resurrect them all; He is All-wise and All-knowing. 25
