Hizb 46

And indeed, Jonah was among the messengers. 139 When he ran away (like a slave from captivity) to the ship (fully) laden, 140 And he drew lots and was among the losers. 141 And the fish swallowed him while he was blameworthy; 142 Had he not been of them who glorify Allah, 143 He would have remained inside its belly until the Day they are resurrected. 144 ۞ Then We cast him on a bare desert whilst he was sick. 145 And We caused a tree of gourd to grow above him; 146 And We sent him to a hundred thousand (people) or even more. 147 and they believed. So We let them enjoy life for a while. 148 Now ask them (O Muhammad SAW): "Are there (only) daughters for your Lord and sons for them?" 149 Or did We create the angels females while they were witnesses? 150 Is it not a lie invented by them when they say: 151 Allah hath begotten. Allah! verily they tell a lie. 152 “Has he chosen daughters instead of sons?” 153 What ails you then, how you judge? 154 What, will you not remember? 155 Or have you a clear authority? 156 Then bring your Book if you are truthful! 157 They have set up a kinship between Him and the jinn; and the jinn know that they shall be arraigned. 158 Exaltations to Allah above what they describe, 159 but not so the true servants of God, 160 But as for you, and that you serve, 161 you shall not tempt any against Him 162 Save him who will go to hell. 163 [All forces of nature praise God and say:] "Among us, too, there is none but has a place assigned to it [by Him]; 164 And indeed, we are those who line up [for prayer]. 165 and, verily, we too extol His limitless glory!" 166 AND, INDEED, they [who deny the truth] have always been wont to say, 167 If we had but a reminder from the men of old 168 we would surely have been Allah's chosen servants.” 169 Yet (now that it is come) they disbelieve therein; but they will come to know. 170 Our word had already been given before to Our votaries, the apostles, -- 171 will certainly be victorious 172 And surely, only Our army will be victorious. 173 So, (O Prophet), leave them alone for a while, 174 See them and soon they shall see. 175 Do they seek to hasten on Our Torment? 176 But when it descends in their territory, then evil is the morning of those who were warned. 177 Hence, turn thou aside for a while from them, 178 And watch and they shall see (the torment)! 179 Your Lord, the Lord of Honor, is too exalted to be considered as they describe Him. 180 And peace be upon the Envoys; 181 And praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds! 182
Almighty God's Truth.
