Surely the state of triumph awaits the God-fearing: 31 Gardens and grapeyards; 32 and splendid companions well matched, 33 And a cup full (to the brim). 34 They will not hear therein any unnecessary words or lies. 35 [All this will be] a reward from thy Sustainer, a gift in accordance with [His Own] reckoning 36 the Lord of the heavens and earth, and all that is between them, the Merciful, of whom they are unable to speak. 37 The Day that Ar-Ruh [Jibrael (Gabriel) or another angel] and the angels will stand forth in rows, none shall speak except him whom the Most Beneficent (Allah) allows, and he will speak what is right. 38 That is the True Day; so he who wills may take to his Lord a [way of] return. 39 We have warned you of a chastisement which is near at hand, on the Day when man shall [clearly] see what his hands have sent ahead, and when he who has denied the truth shall say, "Oh, would that I were dust!" 40
