1/2 Hizb 45

۞ Muster those who did evil, their wives, and that they were serving, 22 Besides Allah, then lead them to the way to hell. 23 And halt them, to be questioned: 24 What is the matter with you that you do not help each other? 25 In fact, on that day they will be submissive. 26 And some of them shall advance towards others, questioning each other. 27 They will say, "You used to come at us from the right." 28 They answer: Nay, but ye (yourselves) were not believers. 29 We had no power over you. You were a rebellious people, 30 But now our Sustainer's word has come true against us [as well]: verily, we are bound to taste [the fruit of our sins]. 31 We mislead you and we ourselves had also gone astray." 32 Truly, that Day, they will (all) share in the Penalty. 33 Verily We! in this wise We deal with the culprits. 34 for, behold, whenever they were told, "There is no deity save God," they would glory in their arrogance 35 And to say: What! shall we indeed give up our gods for the sake of a mad poet? 36 In fact, he had brought them the truth and had acknowledged the Messengers (who were sent before him). 37 “You surely have to taste the painful punishment.” 38 And you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do - 39 But for the sincere worshipers of Allah, 40 Those! theirs shall be a provision known: 41 Fruits! And they shall be honoured. 42 in the Gardens of Bliss. 43 (Sitting) on couches, face to face, 44 A drink will be passed round among them from a flowing spring: 45 white, a delight to the drinkers, 46 There shall be no trouble in it, nor shall they be exhausted therewith. 47 And with them are those of modest gaze, with lovely eyes, 48 As if they were eggs, safely hidden. 49 So one among them turns to the other, questioning. 50 One of them will say: “I had a companion in the world 51 'Do you believe in the Day of Judgment? 52 Can we, when we are dead and have become mere dust and bones - can we (then) verily be brought to book? 53 He shall say: Will you look on? 54 He will look down and see him in hell. 55 He said: "By Allah! You have nearly ruined me. 56 “And were it not for the munificence of my Lord, I too would have been seized and brought forth (captive)!” 57 Is it then that we are not going to die, 58 Save our first death, and are we not to be tormented? 59 Most surely this is the mighty achievement. 60 For the like of this let the workers work. 61 Is that better as a hospitality, or the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum? 62 For We have truly made it (as) a trial for the wrong-doers. 63 Verily it is a tree that springeth forth in the bottom of Flaming Fire. 64 its fruit [as repulsive] as satans' heads; 65 And lo! they verily must eat thereof, and fill (their) bellies therewith. 66 Then after it, indeed for them is the drink of boiling hot water. 67 Then indeed, their return will be to the Hellfire. 68 They had indeed found their forefathers astray. 69 So in their footsteps they are being hastened on. 70 And indeed most of the men of old went astray before them; 71 And indeed We sent among them warners (Messengers); 72 and behold, how was the end of them that were warned, 73 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 74
