The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting chargers, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ But does he not know that [on the Last Day,] when all that is in the graves is raised and brought out, 9 and that which is in the breasts is brought out -- 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
