And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 We saved them and their people from great distress; 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot, too, was among the Messengers. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
