The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

I swear by the runners breathing pantingly, 1 striking sparks of fire with their hooves, 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Lo! man is an ingrate unto his Lord 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.

There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
