And He it is Who brought forth for you hearing and sight and hearts, little thanks ye give! 78 And it is He Who has spread you in the earth, and towards Him you are to be raised. 79 He is the One who gives life and causes death and He controls the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of that which said the men of old; 81 They say: "When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, shall we be raised to life again? 82 Certainly we are promised this, and (so were) our fathers aforetime; this is naught but stories of those of old. 83 Say, "To whom do the earth and all therein belong? Tell me, if you have any knowledge?" 84 They will say: "To God." Say: "Then why do you not bethink yourselves?" 85 Say, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Glorious Throne?" 86 They will say: 'Allah' Say: 'Will you not be cautious' 87 Say: 'In whose Hands is the Kingdom of all things, He protects, and none protects against Him, if you have knowledge' 88 They will say: "God's." Say: "Then why are you so deluded?" 89 Aye! We have brought them the truth and verily they are the liars. 90 God has never given birth to a son and there is no other god besides Him. If there were, each god would have taken away his creatures and claimed superiority over the others. God is too exalted to be as they believe Him to be. 91 The Knower of the unseen and the seen, so may He be exalted above what they associate (with Him). 92
