And We have built the heaven with hands (the Divine Power), and it is We Who give the expanse. 47 And the earth We have spread out, and excellent is the preparer. 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 And so, [O Muhammad, say unto them:] "Flee unto God [from all that is false and evil]! Verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him! 50 Do not set up with Allah another god. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 [But] thus it is: never yet came any apostle to those who lived before their time but they said, "A spellbinder, ["sorcerer" is he,] or a madman!" 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed. 54 Do, however, keep exhorting them; for exhortation benefits those endowed with faith. 55 I have not created jinn and mankind except to serve Me. 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 For Allah is He Who gives (all) Sustenance,- Lord of Power,- Steadfast (for ever). 58 Those who do wrong will indeed come to the same end as their fellows (of old). So let them not ask Me to hasten (the punishment). 59 For, woe unto those who are bent on denying the truth - [woe] on the Day which they have been promised 60
