And whenever We change a verse in place of another verse - and Allah is the Best Knower of that which He revealeth - they say: thou art but a fabricator, Aye! most of them know not. 101 Say, [O Muhammad], "The Pure Spirit has brought it down from your Lord in truth to make firm those who believe and as guidance and good tidings to the Muslims." 102 Surely We know well that they say about you: "It is only a human being who teaches him," (notwithstanding) that he whom they maliciously hint at is of foreign tongue, while this (Qur'an) is plain Arabic speech. 103 Those that believe not in the signs of God, God will not guide; there awaits them a painful chastisement. 104 They only invent falsehood who do not believe in the verses of Allah, and it is those who are the liars. 105 Except for those who were forced to engage in infidelity to Allah after believing the while their hearts remained firmly convinced of their belief, the ones whose hearts willingly embraced disbelief shall incur Allah's wrath and a mighty chastisement lies in store for them. 106 This because they love the life of this world better than the Hereafter: and Allah will not guide those who reject Faith. 107 Those are they whose hearts, ears, and eyes Allah has sealed up, and they take no heed. 108 Truly it is they, they who in the life to come shall be the losers! 109 ۞ Those who left their homes for the cause of God after they had been persecuted, strove hard for His cause and exercised patience should know (even though they had verbally renounced their faith) that your Lord is All-forgiving and All-merciful. 110
