▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 Therefore hasten to God; truly, I am sent by Him to give you clear warning. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Even so there came no messenger unto those before them but they said: A wizard or a madman! 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 Turn away from them. You will not be blamed. 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 I have not created jinn and mankind except to serve Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 it is God who is the great Sustainer, the Mighty One, the Invincible. 58 The unjust will bear a burden like that of their unjust predecessors. Let them not make Me bring immediate punishment upon them. 59 And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised. 60
