The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
I CALL TO witness the early hours of morning, 1 And by the night when it is still (or darkens); 2 (O Prophet), your Lord has neither forsaken you, nor is He displeased. 3 And indeed the Hereafter is better for you than the present (life of this world). 4 Your Lord will soon grant you sufficient favors to please you. 5 Did He not find thee an orphan and protect (thee)? 6 Did He not find you wandering about and give you guidance? 7 Did He not find you in want, and make you free from want? 8 As for the orphan, do not oppress him, 9 And do not rebuke the beggar. 10 and of thy Sustainer's blessings shalt thou [ever] speak. 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
