Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 And taken off from you your burden, 2 Which had broken your back? 3 And exalted thy fame? 4 Indeed, hardship is followed by ease, 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard, 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
