Those who do not believe, say: "When we and our fathers have turned to dust, how shall we be raised again? 67 Indeed, we were promised this - we and our forefathers - in the past as well; it is nothing but fables of ancient times!" 68 Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Travel in the land and see the nature of the sequel for the guilty! 69 (O Prophet), do not grieve over them, nor be distressed at their designs. 70 They ask, "When will this promise be fulfilled, if what you say be true?" 71 Say: "Perhaps that which you wish to hasten on, may be close behind you. 72 Now, verily, thy Sustainer is indeed limitless in His bounty unto men - but most of them are bereft of gratitude. 73 The Lord knows full well what they conceal in their hearts and what they disclose: 74 And naught there is hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Verily, this Quran narrates to the Children of Israel most of that about which they differ. 76 It is a guidance and grace for those who believe. 77 Surely thy Lord will decide between them by His Judgment; He is the All-mighty, the All-knowing. 78 So rely upon Allah; indeed, you are upon the clear truth. 79 Lo! thou canst not make the dead to hear, nor canst thou make the deaf to hear the call when they have turned to flee; 80 Thou shalt not guide the blind out of their error neither shalt thou make any to hear, save such as believe in Our signs, and so surrender. 81 ۞ And when the Word (of torment) is fulfilled against them, We shall bring out from the earth a beast to them, which will speak to them because mankind believed not with certainty in Our Ayat (Verses of the Quran and Prophet Muhammad SAW). 82
