Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 and We shall drive the sinful like a thirsty herd into Hell. 86 None will have power to intercede for them except one who obtains a promise from Ar-Rahman. 87 And the disbelievers said, “The Most Gracious has chosen an offspring.” 88 You have indeed brought an extremely grave speech! 89 the heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth break asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 although it is inconceivable that the Most Gracious should take unto Himself a son! 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but cometh unto the Beneficent as a slave. 93 Verily He knoweth them and numbereth them with (right) numbering. 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 How numerous are the peoples that We destroyed before them! Do you now perceive any one of them, or hear even their whisper? 98
