Therefore, remind. By the Favor of Allah, you are neither a soothsayer, nor mad. 29 Or do they say: A poet, we wait for him the evil accidents of time. 30 Proclaim, “Go on waiting – I too am waiting along with you.” 31 Or do their minds command them to [say] this, or are they a transgressing people? 32 Or do they say: "He (Muhammad SAW) has forged it (this Quran)?" Nay! They believe not! 33 Let them produce a phrase like it, if what they say is true! 34 Did they come into being without any creator? Or were they their own creators? 35 Or, did they create the heavens and the earth? No, their belief is not certain! 36 Do they own the treasures of your Lord? Have they any authority over God? 37 Have they a ladder up to heaven by means of which they can overhear? Then let their listeners bring a clear proof. 38 Or, [if you believe in God, how can you believe that] He has [chosen to have] daughters, whereas you yourselves would have [only] sons? 39 Or is it that [they who reject thy message, O Muhammad, fear lest] thou ask of them a reward, so that they would be burdened with debt [if they should listen to thee]? 40 Do they have knowledge of the unseen, thus, are able to predict (the future)? 41 Or are they planning a conspiracy? So the conspiracy will befall only upon the disbelievers. 42 Or have they an ilah (a god) other than Allah? Glorified be Allah from all that they ascribe as partners (to Him) 43 And if they were to see a piece of the heaven falling down, they would say: "Clouds gathered in heaps!" 44 So leave them alone until they encounter that Day of theirs, wherein they shall (perforce) swoon (with terror),- 45 The day on which their struggle shall not avail them aught, nor shall they be helped. 46 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a punishment beyond that. But most of them know not. 47 So wait patiently (O Muhammad SAW) for the Decision of your Lord, for verily, you are under Our Eyes, and glorify the Praises of your Lord when you get up from sleep. 48 and glorify Him after the setting of the stars. 49
