Say, [Prophet], "I am only a warner. There is no god but God, the One, the All-Powerful, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, all-mighty, all-forgiving." 66 Say: "That is a Message Supreme (above all),- 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 I had no knowledge of the Exalted Assembly when they argued [against the creation of man]: 69 "Only this has been inspired to me, that I am a plain warner." 70 When your Lord said to the angels; Surely I am going to create a mortal from dust: 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed My spirit into him, prostrate yourselves before him." 72 all the angel then prostrated themselves 73 Saving Iblis; he was scornful and became one of the disbelievers. 74 The Lord said: “O Iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself before him whom I created of My Two Hands. Are you waxing proud, or fancy yourself to be too exalted?” 75 Answered [Iblis]: "I am better than he: Thou hast created me out of fire, whereas him Thou hast created out of clay." 76 [Allah] said, "Then get out of Paradise, for indeed, you are expelled. 77 "And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment." 78 He said, “My Lord! Therefore give me respite till the day when all will be raised.” 79 (Allah) said: "Verily! You are of those allowed respite 80 "Till the Day of the time appointed." 81 He said: Then, by Thy might, I surely will beguile them every one, 82 excepting those Thy servants among them that are sincere.' 83 [Allah] said, "The truth [is My oath], and the truth I say - 84 That I shall fill Hell with thee and such of them as shall follow thee, all together. 85 Say: "No reward do I ask of you for this (Qur'an), nor am I a pretender. 86 This is nothing but an Admonition for all people the world over. 87 You will certainly know its truthfulness after a certain time. 88
