3/4 Hizb 34

AND AS FOR those who forsake the domain of evil (and strive) in God's cause, and then are slain or die - God will most certainly provide for them a goodly sustenance [in the life to come] for, verily, God - He alone - is the best of providers; 58 He will admit them to a place with which they shall be well-pleased. For God is all knowing and most forbearing. 59 ۞ That is so. And whoever has retaliated with the like of that which he was made to suffer, and then has again been wronged, Allah will surely help him. Verily! Allah indeed is Oft-Pardoning, Oft-Forgiving. 60 That is because God makes the night pass into the day and makes the day pass into the night. God is all hearing and all seeing. 61 That is because God -- He is the Truth, and that they call upon apart from Him -- that is the false; and for that God is the All-high, the All-great. 62 Have you not seen that God has sent water from the sky and has made the earth green all over. He is Kind and All-aware. 63 Unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and verily, God - He alone - is self-sufficient, the One to whom all praise is due. 64

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
