45 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat) before The Town (Al-Balad)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Qaf. I swear by the glorious Quran (that Muhammad is the Apostle of Allah) 1 Indeed, they are astonished that a warner should have come to them from among themselves. So these deniers of the truth say, "This is indeed a strange thing, 2 When we have died and have become dust, [we will return to life]? That is a distant return." 3 We know very well what the earth takes away from them: We hold a book which records all things. 4 But no! They called the truth a lie when it came to them; so they are in a confused state. 5 Do they not look at the sky above them - how We have built it and made it beautiful and free of all faults? 6 (Have they not seen) how We have spread out the earth, placed on it firm mountains and have made all kinds of flourishing pairs of plants grow? 7 as a lesson and reminder for every human being who turns to God; 8 And We send down blessed water (rain) from the sky, then We produce therewith gardens and grain (every kind of harvests) that are reaped. 9 And the tall palm-trees having spadices closely set one above another, 10 As sustenance for the bondmen; and with it We revived a dead city; this is how you will be raised. 11 And before them the people of Nuh belied, and so did the dwellers of Rass and the Thamud. 12 And 'Ad, and Fir'aun (Pharaoh), and the brethren of Lout (Lot), 13 and the people of Aykah, and the people of Tubba'. They all gave the lie to the Messengers. Thereafter My threat of chastisement against them was fulfilled. 14 Did We fail in the first creation? But they are in confusion over a new creation. 15

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
