Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 and removed your burden 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 And did We not exalt your fame? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication. 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
