Yet man says: "When I am dead, will I come to life again?" 66 Does not man remember that We created him before, when he was nothing? 67 Now, by thy Lord, We shall surely muster them, and the Satans, then We shall parade them about Gehenna hobbling on their knees. 68 Then We will separate from every group those who were strongly rebellious against the Beneficent God. 69 Then surely it is We who are the Best Knower of these worthiest of being therein roasted. 70 And not one of you but shall pass over it: it is for thy Lord an ordinance decreed. 71 Then We shall save those who feared God, but the wrongdoers shall be left there on their knees. 72 When Our clear revelations are recited to them, those who deny the truth say to the faithful, "Which of the two sides is better in respect of position and makes a more impressive assembly?" 73 And many a generation We did destroy before them, who exceeded them in wealth and pomp! 74 Say, "Whoever is in error - let the Most Merciful extend for him an extension [in wealth and time] until, when they see that which they were promised - either punishment [in this world] or the Hour [of resurrection] - they will come to know who is worst in position and weaker in soldiers." 75 And Allah increases in guidance those who go aright; and ever-abiding good works are with your Lord best in recompense and best in yielding fruit. 76 Hast thou seen him who disbelieveth in Our revelations and saith: Assuredly I shall be given wealth and children? 77 Has he gained knowledge of the Unseen? Or taken a covenant with the Merciful? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall lengthen the length of his suffering [in the hereafter,] 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he shall come to us alone. 80 And they have taken to them other gods apart from God, that they might be for them a might. 81 Nay, but they (the so-called gods) will deny their worship of them, and become opponents to them (on the Day of Resurrection). 82
