Al-Insan 2 of 2

Truly, it is We who have revealed to you the Quran, a gradual revelation. 23 Wherefore persevere thou with the commandment of thy Lord, and obey not thou of them, any sinner or ingrate. 24 And remember the name of your Lord morning and evening. 25 Prostrate before Him and glorify Him extensively during the night. 26 These people (disbelievers) love the worldly life and neglect the terrifying day which will come. 27 We created them, and We strengthened their joints; and, when We will, We shall exchange their likes. 28 Surely this is a reminder, so whoever pleases takes to his Lord a way. 29 (The virtuous mentioned in this chapter) want only what God wants. God is All-knowing and All-wise. 30 He makes whom He pleases to enter into His mercy; and (as for) the unjust, He has prepared for them a painful chastisement. 31
