Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Just look at him, who belies the religion! 1 For that is the one who drives away the orphan 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 Ah, woe unto worshippers 4 But who are oblivious of their moral duties, 5 Who do (good) to be seen, 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
