Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the snorting runners (the horses), 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 and raising clouds of dust, 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 Most surely man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ Does he not know that when that which is in the graves is overthrown, 9 And all what lies in the breasts is opened – 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
