The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 You may perhaps wear out your heart because they do not come to belief. 3 If We will, We can send down on them from the sky a portent so that their necks would remain bowed before it. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock. 6 Have they, then, never considered the earth - how much of every noble kind [of life] We have caused to grow thereon? 7 In this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 8 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 9
