BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 And all that ye see not 39 that this is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little do you believe. 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little is it that you mind. 42 It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 And then certainly should have cut off his life artery (Aorta), 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 And lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil). 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 And indeed, it is the truth of certainty. 51 So glorify the name of thy Tremendous Lord. 52
