Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 Who turns away the orphan, 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 those who want only to be seen and praised, 6 And withhold [simple] assistance. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
