The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful 1

Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds; 2 The Beneficent, the Merciful. 3 Sovereign of the Day of Requital. 4 You alone we worship, and to You alone turn for help. 5 (Lord), guide us to the right path, 6 The path of those whom Thou hast favoured; Not the (path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray. 7

Almighty God's Truth.
