And says man: What! when I am dead shall I truly be brought forth alive? 66 Will the human not remember that We created him before when he was not a thing? 67 By your Lord, We shall gather them and the devils together, then bring them crawling on their knees around Hell. 68 Thereafter, We shall surely draw aside, from each sect, whichever of them against the Compassionate were most in excess. 69 then We shall know very well those most deserving to burn there. 70 And every one of you will come within sight of it: this is, with thy Sustainer, a decree that must be fulfilled. 71 And once again: We shall save [from hell] those who have been conscious of Us; but We shall leave in it the evildoers, on their knees. 72 And when Our clear verses are recited to them, the disbelievers say to the Muslims, “Which group has a better home, and a better alliance?” 73 And many a generation We did destroy before them, who exceeded them in wealth and pomp! 74 Say: "Ar-Rahman extends the life of those who are astray until they come to realise what had been promised them was either (physical) affliction or (the terror) of Resurrection. Then will they know who is worse in position, and who is weak in supporters. 75 God gives greater guidance to those who are guided; and good deeds that endure are better with your Lord for reward, and better for consequence. 76 Have you seen him who denies the truth in Our revelations and says, "I shall certainly be given wealth and children." 77 Has he, perchance, attained to a realm which is beyond the reach of a created being's perception? or has he concluded a covenant with the Most Gracious? 78 By no means! We write down what he says, and We will lengthen to him the length of the chastisement 79 All that he speaks of will belong to Us, and he will come into Our presence all alone. 80 And they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that they would be for them [a source of] honor. 81 Indeed no! They will renounce their worship and turn against them. 82
