Say (unto them, O Muhammad): I am only a warner, and there is no Allah save Allah, the One, the Absolute, 65 He is the Lord of the heavens, the earth, and all that is between them, the Majestic and All-forgiving". 66 Say: 'This is a mighty message 67 Whence ye turn away! 68 "No knowledge have I of the Chiefs on high, when they discuss (matters) among themselves. 69 Naught is revealed unto me except that I am a warner manifest. 70 When your Lord told the angels, "I will create a mortal out of clay, 71 Then when I have formed him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down before him prostrate. 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them: 73 except iblis (satan, the father of the jinn), he became too proud, for he was one of the unbelievers. 74 God said, "Satan, what prevented you from prostrating yourself to what I created with My own Hands? Were you overcome by arrogance, or are you of those who think [only] of themselves as exalted?" 75 He replied: “I am nobler than he. You created me from fire and created him from clay.” 76 Said He, 'Then go thou forth hence; thou art accursed. 77 "And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment." 78 He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised. 79 so He said, "You are granted respite 80 Till the appointed day." 81 He said, “Therefore, by oath of Your honour, I will surely mislead all of them.” 82 except those of Your servants, the chosen ones from amongst them.” 83 (God) said: "This is right by Me, and what I say is right. 84 I will certainly fill the Gehenna with you and with all those among them who follow you.” 85 Say, [O Muhammad], "I do not ask you for the Qur'an any payment, and I am not of the pretentious 86 This is only a warning for mankind. 87 "And you shall certainly know the truth of it after a while. 88
