Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 Surely, Elias too was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 They denied him, and will surely be brought to punishment, 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
