The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the rangers ranging 1 and those who drive away [the wicked] with reproof 2 and by the reciters of the Reminder: 3 Indeed your God is surely only One. 4 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, and the Lord of the Easts. 5 He decked the nearest heavens with ornaments of stars, 6 And as protection against every rebellious devil 7 They cannot listen to the exalted assembly, and they are darted at from every side. 8 Repulsed, for they are under a perpetual penalty, 9 Save him who snatcheth a fragment, and there pursueth him a piercing flame. 10 AND NOW ask those [who deny the truth] to enlighten thee: Were they more difficult to create than all those [untold marvels] that We have created? - for, behold, them have We created out of [mere] clay commingled with water! 11 Nay, but thou dost marvel when they mock 12 And heed not when they are reminded, 13 and, when they see a sign, would scoff; 14 and say: 'This is nothing but clear sorcery' 15 Why - after we have died and become mere dust and bones, shall we, forsooth, be raised from the dead? 16 And our fathers too?" 17 Say thou: and verily ye; shall then be despicable. 18 So that is just a single jolt, thereupon they will begin staring. 19 They will say, "Ah! Woe to us! This is the Day of Judgment!" 20 “This is the Day of Judgement, which you used to deny!” 21
