Al-Qeyaamah 2 of 2

[Useless, though, will be his repentance: for [as long as he was alive] he did not accept the truth, nor did he pray [for enlightenment,] 31 but, on the contrary, he gave the lie to the truth and turned away [from it,] 32 Then he strutted back to his people. 33 Your ruin has come close, still closer. 34 then nearer to you and nearer! 35 What, does man reckon he shall be left to roam at will? 36 Was he not just a drop of the semen that is discharged? 37 and thereafter became a germ-cell - whereupon He created and formed [it] in accordance with what [it] was meant to be, 38 And assigned it sexes, male and female. 39 Is not That One then Able to quicken the dead? 40
