The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 when Noah, their brother, said to them: 'Will you not be cautious? 106 "I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. 107 be, then, conscious of God, and pay heed unto me! 108 And I ask of you no wage therefor; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 109 "So fear Allah, and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, “Shall we believe in you, whereas the abject people are with you?” 111 He said: "And what knowledge have I of what they used to do? 112 Their account is only with my Lord, if you could perceive 113 And I am not (here) to repulse believers. 114 I am none but a plain warner." 115 They said: "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will be stoned to death." 116 Then Noah said, "Lord, my people have rejected me. 117 Therefore judge You between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me." 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 then afterwards We drowned the rest. 120 Verily there is a sign in this, yet many of them do not believe. 121 Your Lord is Majestic and All-merciful. 122
