The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By those who range themselves in rows; 1 and the scarers scaring 2 and by the reciters of the Reminder: 3 Verily your God is One. 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth and that between them and Lord of the sunrises. 5 We have adorned the lower heaven with the adornment of the stars 6 And (there is) a safeguard against every rebellious Shaitan. 7 They cannot listen to the speech of those on higher elevations and they are targeted from every side. 8 Outcast, and theirs is a perpetual torment; 9 Except such as snatch away something by stealing and they are pursued by a flaming fire of piercing brightness. 10 AND NOW ask those [who deny the truth] to enlighten thee: Were they more difficult to create than all those [untold marvels] that We have created? - for, behold, them have We created out of [mere] clay commingled with water! 11 Nay, but whereas thou dost marvel, they [only] scoff; 12 And when they are warned they pay no heed. 13 And when they see a sign, they ridicule 14 and say: “This is nothing but plain sorcery. 15 What! when we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then certainly be raised, 16 "And also our fathers of old?" 17 Say: 'Yes, and in all lowliness.' 18 For it is only a single scaring, then behold, they are watching 19 They will say, "Woe to us! This is the Day of Reckoning." 20 This is the Day of Decision which you belied. 21
