We built the heavens by Our authority; and We are the Lord of power and expanse. 47 And We have spread out the (spacious) earth: How excellently We do spread out! 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Have they (the people of the past) transmitted this saying to these (Quraish pagans)? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds (in disbelief)! 53 Therefore turn away from them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), – so there is no blame upon you. 54 but keep on exhorting them, for exhortation benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I desire from them no provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 For Allah is He Who gives (all) Sustenance,- Lord of Power,- Steadfast (for ever). 58 The wrongdoers will meet the same fate as their predecessors, let them not ask Me to hasten on [the punishment], 59 Woe, then, unto those who disbelieve in their Day which they are promised. 60
