And those who disbelieve say, "When we have become dust as well as our forefathers, will we indeed be brought out [of the graves]? 67 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before. This is not but legends of the former peoples." 68 Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Travel in the land and see the nature of the sequel for the guilty! 69 Do not be sorry for them, nor be distressed for what they devise. 70 Yet they say: "When will this promise come to pass? (Tell Us) if you speak the truth." 71 Say: "Perhaps some of what you wish to hasten is right behind you." 72 Indeed your Lord is Most Munificent upon mankind, but most men do not give thanks. 73 But, verily, thy Sustainer knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they bring into the open: 74 And all the hidden secrets of the heavens and the earth are (written) in a clear Book. (The Preserved Tablet) 75 Indeed this Qur’an narrates to the Descendants of Israel most of the matters in which they differ. 76 And indeed it is a guidance and a mercy for the Muslims. 77 Certainly your Lord will decide between them in His wisdom, He is the Almighty, the All Knowing, 78 So rely upon Allah; indeed, you are upon the clear truth. 79 You do not make the dead hear, nor do you make the deaf hear you call when they turn about, retreating. 80 nor can you direct the blind to the Right Way, preventing them from falling into error. You can make only those who believe in Our verses to hear the call and then submit. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that shall wound them, because people did not believe in Our communications. 82
