The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

The Striking! 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 It is a Fire, intensely hot. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
