Surely Ibrahim was an exemplar, obedient to Allah, upright, and he was not of the polytheists. 120 [for he was always] grateful for the blessings granted by Him who had elected him and guided him onto a straight way. 121 We gave him blessings in this world, and in the Hereafter he shall be among the righteous. 122 So We have taught thee the inspired (Message), "Follow the ways of Abraham the True in Faith, and he joined not gods with Allah." 123 As for the Sabbath, it was made incumbent only on those who differed about its laws. Certainly your Lord will judge on the Day of Resurrection between them regarding the matters they disputed. 124 Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and fair exhortation and reason with them in a way that is best. Your Lord knows best those who have strayed away from His path, and He knows best those who are rightly guided. 125 And if you chastise, chastise even as you have been chastised; and yet assuredly if you are patient, better it is for those patient. 126 Endure with patience, for your endurance is not without the help of God. Do not grieve for them, and do not be distressed by their plots. 127 Surely Allah is with those who guard (against evil) and those who do good (to others). 128
