And it is He who produced for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful. 78 And He it is Who hath sown you broadcast in the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 And He it is Who giveth life and causeth death, and His is the difference of night and day. Have ye then no sense? 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 They said, 'What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be indeed raised up? 82 We were already promised this, we and our forefathers. Lo! this is naught but fables of the men of old. 83 Say: "Whose is the earth and whosoever is therein? If you know!" 84 They will surely say: "Allah's." Say: "Then why do you not take heed?" 85 Say: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Throne (of Glory) Supreme?" 86 They will say, "They belong to God." Say, "So do you not fear Him?" 87 Say, "In whose hands lies sovereignty over all things, protecting all, while none can seek protection against Him? Tell me, if you have any knowledge." 88 They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?" 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 who has knowledge of the Unseen and the Visible; high exalted be He, above that they associate! 92
