Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith,- His endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour. 94 And there is a ban upon any community which We have destroyed: that they shall not return. 95 Until when the way is opened up for Gog and Magog and they press from every elevated place, 96 and nigh has drawn the true promise, and behold, the eyes of the unbelievers staring: 'Alas for us! We were heedless of this; 'nay, we were evildoers.' 97 Verily ye, (unbelievers), and the (false) gods that ye worship besides Allah, are (but) fuel for Hell! to it will ye (surely) come! 98 if those had really been deities, they would not have been led there; but there they will remain forever. 99 Moaning will be their lot therein, and nothing [else] will they hear therein. 100 But those whom We have surpassed with the finest (rank) from Us shall be far removed from it, 101 they will not hear the slightest sound of it, and they shall forever abide in a state of bliss, among everything their souls longed for. 102 They will not be affected by the great terror. The angels will come to them with this glad news: "This is your day which was promised to you." 103 The Day that We roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books (completed),- even as We produced the first creation, so shall We produce a new one: a promise We have undertaken: truly shall We fulfil it. 104 And indeed We wrote, after the reminder in the Zaboor that, “My virtuous bondmen will inherit the earth.” 105 Verily in this is a preaching for a people who are worshippers. 106 We have sent you forth as a mercy to all mankind. 107 Say: 'It is revealed unto me only that your God is One God; do you then surrender?' 108 If they turn away, say, "I have warned you all alike, though I do not know whether [the scourge] which you are promised is near at hand or far off. 109 He knows your spoken words and what you hide. 110 I do not know if this be a trial for you, or a little advantage for a while." 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge Thou with truth! And our Lord is the All-merciful; His succour is ever to be sought against that you describe.' 112
