Say, [O Muhammad], "I am only a warner, and there is not any deity except Allah, the One, the Prevailing. 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Mighty, the Pardoning. 66 Say: It is tremendous tidings 67 Whence ye turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the chiefs on high when they disputed; 69 This alone is revealed to me, I am only a clear warner' 70 Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I am about to create man from clay: 71 "When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together: 73 except Iblis who puffed himself up with pride and became a disbeliever. 74 [Allah] said, "O Iblees, what prevented you from prostrating to that which I created with My hands? Were you arrogant [then], or were you [already] among the haughty?" 75 He said: I am better than him. Thou createdst me of fire, whilst him Thou didst create of clay. 76 'Begone' said He, 'you are stoned'. 77 And indeed, upon you is My curse until the Day of Recompense." 78 He (satan) replied: 'Respite me my Lord till the Day of Resurrection' 79 He (Allah) said: 'You are among those that are respited 80 till the Appointed Day." 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 Except, among them, Your chosen servants." 83 Said Allah, “So this is the truth; and I speak only the truth.” – 84 I will fill up Hell with you together with those who follow you." 85 Say, [O Muhammad], "I do not ask you for the Qur'an any payment, and I am not of the pretentious 86 It is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 87 And you will surely know [the truth of] its information after a time." 88
