Say: I only call upon my Lord, and I do not associate any one with Him. 20 Say: Lo! I control not hurt nor benefit for you. 21 Say: Surely no one can protect me against Allah, nor can I find besides Him any place of refuge: 22 except a deliverance from Allah and His Messages. He who disobeys Allah and His Messenger, for him is the Fire of Gehenna, which he will be in for ever. 23 At length, when they see (with their own eyes) that which they are promised,- then will they know who it is that is weakest in (his) helper and least important in point of numbers. 24 Say: “I know not whether what you are promised is near or whether my Lord will prolong its term. 25 He is the Knower of the unseen, and He discloseth not His unseen unto anyone. 26 save only to such a Messenger as He is well-pleased with; then He despatches before him and behind him watchers, 27 so as to make manifest that it is indeed [but] their Sustainer's messages that these [apostles] deliver: for it is He who encompasses [with His knowledge] all that they have [to say,] just as He takes count, one by one, of everything [that exists]. 28
