It is He who gave you hearing, sight, and hearts, but only few of you give thanks. 78 And it is He who has multiplied you throughout the earth, and to Him you will be gathered. 79 It is He who revives and makes to die, and to Him belong the alternation of the night and the day. Will you not understand! 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 They say, "When we die and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 Indeed, this [very thing] we have been promised - we and our forefathers - long ago! This is nothing but fables of ancient times!" 83 Say: 'Whose is the earth, and whoso is in it, if you have knowledge?' 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say, “Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Tremendous Throne?” 86 They will say, 'God's.' Say: 'Will you not then be godfearing?' 87 Ask them: "Say, if you indeed know, to whom belongs the dominion over all things; (Who is it) that grants asylum, but against Whom no asylum is available?" 88 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: how then are ye turned away? 89 No, We have brought the truth to them, but they are liars. 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 He knows both what is visible and what is not visible. Exalted is Allah above all that they associate with Him. 92
